Packaging plus the paperwork.
Packaging is part of the product, and paperwork is part of the shipment - a great shoe in the wrong box, or a clean container with the wrong documents, both cost the buyer money. We handle both ends: the packaging the consumer sees and the documentation the supply chain runs on.
On the packaging side we produce retail boxes, ecommerce mailers and inserts to your design, and apply pair labels, barcodes and care labels to your retailer's requirements. Retail boxes are built to look right on shelf and protect the pair in transit; mailers are built for the carrier network - sturdy enough to survive drop-ship handling and reduce damage returns, which is a real cost line for DTC sellers. We can split formats within one order, packing some pairs retail-boxed and some mailer-ready, to your instructions.
Carton marking and the packing list are where retail compliance lives. We mark inner and outer cartons to your DC or wholesale spec and prepare a packing list with carton counts, dimensions and weights, so your warehouse and forwarder know exactly what is arriving. A wrong barcode or a non-compliant carton can get a whole program rejected at the distribution centre, so this detail is verified, not assumed.
On the export side we prepare the documentation a typical footwear shipment needs and support the rest. The exact set depends on your destination and your broker, but commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are standard, with certificate of origin and other documents as your market requires. We get the order export-ready against your agreed Incoterm so responsibility transfers cleanly. This service completes bulk production and applies the box-and-label side of logo customization.
We do not act as your freight forwarder, but we prepare everything to hand off cleanly, and can recommend a forwarder if you do not have one. For import-side requirements, see the footwear import guide for the US and EU.
