Retail & catalog
Daily trainers for sport and department retail, size-graded and packed to your assortment plan.
Performance-inspired running shoes built for daily-training positioning - a strong base for retail launches, catalog programs and online stores.
Breathable, cushioned and wearable every day.
Running shoes are our most-requested category, and the build is well understood: a breathable engineered-mesh or flyknit-style upper, a cushioned EVA or phylon midsole, and a rubber outsole tuned for daily mileage rather than elite racing. That trio keeps the shoe comfortable, durable and sensible to price for retail and ecommerce, where consumers expect cushioning they can feel but a price they will pay.
Construction matters as much as material choice. We typically run a strobel-lasted upper over a cemented EVA midsole with a rubber outsole bonded under pressure - the standard, repeatable method for athletic footwear at scale. Mesh GSM, overlay placement at the eyestay and heel, midsole density (commonly 45-55 Asker C for a balanced daily feel) and outsole rubber coverage are the levers we move to hit your weight, durability and cost targets.
The same platform can be positioned as an entry daily trainer or a premium cushioned model. Going premium usually means swapping basic sandwich mesh for an engineered knit upper, stepping up to phylon, adding a TPU shank for midfoot stability and increasing outsole coverage; going entry-level means simplifying overlays, reducing rubber pods and using a single-density EVA. None of these change the tooling family, so a brand can run good/better/best tiers off one last.
Cost levers are predictable. Upper material and the number of distinct pattern pieces drive cut-and-sew labour; midsole density and whether you mould or buy stock tooling drives the sole cost; rubber coverage trades durability against grams and dollars. We give design-for-manufacture (DFM) feedback at sampling so a design stays manufacturable at your target landed cost - see our OEM/ODM development route for how that workflow runs from tech pack to golden sample.
From a DFM standpoint, the biggest risks we flag early are over-engineered overlays that lift in wear, midsole geometry that traps a demould line under the flex point, and colour blocking that needs too many print passes. Catching these at the first sample keeps bulk yield high and final-inspection rejects low.
