What's included

Volume without quality drift.

Disciplined bulk manufacturing.

Bulk production starts only after the golden sample is signed - never before. That single rule prevents the most common and most expensive failure in footwear sourcing: scaling a design that was never truly confirmed. With the reference pair in hand, we book the approved materials, schedule the line, and hold the confirmed construction and bill of materials through the whole run.

Quality is controlled in two layers rather than checked once at the end. In-line monitoring catches problems while they are still cheap to fix - cutting and stitching consistency, upper-to-sole bonding, lasting tension, assembly alignment. A defect found at the bonding station is a quick correction; the same defect found in a packed carton is a rejected shipment. Catching it early is what keeps yield and cost stable.

The finished pairs then go through a final inspection to an agreed AQL (acceptance quality limit). Buyers commonly specify 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, but we inspect to whatever level your program or retailer requires, checking construction, sizing, finish, matching pairs and packing. The golden sample is the yardstick - the question at final is always "does this match the approved pair?".

You retain control of verification. You can book SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team for the final inspection, and we coordinate factory access, sample pulls and timing. Independent inspection is welcome, not resisted - it is how serious importers de-risk a container. For the wider quality system, see quality control.

Lead time is typically 30-45 days after sign-off, varying with quantity, material lead times and season. Plan extra buffer around Chinese New Year, when the whole supply chain pauses. When the run finishes, cartons are marked, packing lists prepared and export documents readied so the order is forwarder-ready - see packaging & export.

  • Production planning and material booking tied to the golden sample
  • In-line monitoring of cutting, stitching, bonding and assembly
  • Final inspection to an agreed AQL (e.g. 2.5 major / 4.0 minor)
  • Coordination of third-party inspection (SGS / BV / Intertek) on request
  • Carton marking and packing-list preparation
  • Stable size grading and spec held across multiple POs
  • Export documentation support for your forwarder
Capabilities

Capability cards.

Planning

Material booking and line scheduling against your confirmed spec, quantity and deadline, with season risk flagged early.

In-line QC

Checks during production - cutting, stitching, bonding, lasting, assembly - to catch issues before they reach final packing.

Final inspection

AQL inspection of finished pairs for construction, sizing, finish, pair matching and packing, against the golden sample.

Ship-ready

Carton marks, packing list and export documents prepared so the order is ready for your forwarder.

Why choose us

What you get in bulk production

At volume, the risk is not making the shoe once - it is making the ten-thousandth pair identical to the golden sample.

No drift between runs

Held tooling, recorded BOM and the golden sample keep every PO consistent.

  • Locked construction
  • Locked size grading
  • Same shoe, every container

Two-layer QC

In-line monitoring plus final AQL means defects are caught early, not in a packed carton.

  • In-line checks
  • Final AQL inspection
  • Inspected against golden sample

Verification you control

Bring your own or a third-party inspector - we coordinate access, we don't resist scrutiny.

  • SGS / BV / Intertek welcome
  • Your own QC welcome
  • Coordinated sample pulls
How it scales

Sample to pilot to mass production

Volume is reached in controlled steps, so process problems surface on a small batch rather than the full order.

Stage 1

Golden sample

The signed reference pair that triggers and defines the whole run.

  • Construction and cost locked
  • Inspection checklist derived
  • Materials booked against it
Stage 2

Pilot run

A small production batch to prove the line repeats the sample at speed.

  • Process and tooling validated
  • Size grading verified at scale
  • Issues fixed before mass
Stage 3

Mass production

Full volume with in-line monitoring and a final AQL inspection before packing.

  • In-line QC throughout
  • Final AQL to your spec
  • Carton-marked and documented
Order workflow

From submit to delivery.

01

Submit specs / upload files

Send market, category, size range, target material, logo and quantity. Tech packs or reference pairs welcome.

02

Engineering review & quote

We review construction and branding, flag DFM issues, then return a sample plan and quotation route.

03

Sample & confirm

We develop the sample, adjust fit and finish, and lock the golden sample before bulk.

04

Production, QC & export

In-line and final inspection, then carton marking, packing list and ship-ready export documents.

FAQ

Common questions.

What lead time should I plan for bulk?
Typically 30-45 days after golden-sample sign-off, depending on quantity, materials and season. Plan extra buffer around Chinese New Year, when the supply chain pauses for several weeks.
Can you hold my specs across multiple POs?
Yes. The golden sample, recorded bill of materials and held tooling keep repeat production consistent in fit, colour and finish across every order.
Do you support third-party inspection on bulk?
Yes. You can book SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team for final inspection. We coordinate factory access, sample pulls and timing - independent inspection is welcome.
What AQL do you inspect to?
We inspect to the AQL your program specifies; 2.5 major / 4.0 minor is common. The golden sample is the reference, and the checklist covers construction, sizing, finish, pair matching and packing.
Can you meet container-volume orders?
Yes. We plan production around your quantity and deadline. Share the volume and required ship date in your RFQ so we can confirm capacity and timing.
Will the bulk really match my sample?
That is the entire point of the golden-sample-controlled process. Final inspection measures bulk against the signed pair, and you can verify it yourself or via a third party before shipment.
