What's included

The right method for each surface.

Branding that survives wear.

Logo execution is what makes a private-label shoe look intentional rather than generic. The same logo can look premium or cheap depending on the method, the surface and how well the two are matched - and the wrong method peels, cracks or distorts within weeks of wear. Choosing correctly is a material decision first and an aesthetic one second.

Each technique has a home. Heat-transfer and screen print give crisp, detailed, multi-colour marks on mesh, knit and synthetic uppers. Embroidery and woven labels add texture and a premium feel on textile uppers, tongues and heel tabs, though they suit fewer colours. Embossing and debossing give subtle, very durable branding on PU and leather-look surfaces. Insoles take print, and outsoles can be moulded or printed with your logo and size information.

Durability depends on the pairing, not the method alone. Embroidery and embossing are extremely durable on the right materials; high-quality heat-transfer holds well on synthetics but is weaker on heavily flexed or abraded zones; screen print is economical but less rugged on high-wear areas. We recommend per placement and confirm the result on the golden sample, because a logo that looks perfect on day one but fails at the flex point is a warranty problem, not a finish.

Placement is part of the brand language too - tongue logo, heel tab, lateral upper, insole print, outsole moulding, and the box itself. We can carry one mark consistently across all of them or vary treatment by surface. This service is the execution layer behind private label, and it pairs with packaging & export to brand the box, labels and inserts so the whole unboxing reads as one brand.

Colour is matched to your references within material limits - thread, ink and transfer film each have their own gamut - and confirmed physically before bulk. For promotional and corporate programs that need bold all-over branding, see promotional & corporate.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which logo method is most durable?
It depends on the surface. Embroidery, woven labels and embossing are very durable on the right materials; high-quality heat-transfer holds well on synthetics; outsole moulding is permanent. We recommend per placement and confirm on the sample.
Can you do multi-colour logos?
Yes. Print and heat-transfer handle detailed, gradient and multi-colour marks. Embroidery and woven labels suit fewer colours but add texture and a premium feel.
Can branding go on the outsole and insole?
Yes. Outsoles can be moulded or printed with raised or recessed logos, and insoles can be printed with your logo and size information.
How accurately can you match my logo colours?
We colour-match to your references (for example Pantone) within material limits - thread, ink and transfer film each have a gamut - and confirm the physical result on the sample before bulk.
Will the logo survive flexing and washing?
On the right pairing, yes. We match method to wear zone specifically to avoid peeling or cracking at flex points, and we test the result on the golden sample.
Can you brand the box and labels too?
Yes. Box print, pair labels, inserts and barcodes are handled alongside the shoe branding so the whole product reads as one brand - see packaging and export.
