Low-MOQ launches
From ~500 pairs per design/colorway (lower trials possible on some platforms) so you test without tying up capital.
Online sellers launch lean, test fast and scale winners - with packaging built for shipping not shelves, fit that minimises returns, and product that photographs well.
Built for the DTC playbook.
DTC economics reward starting small and reordering only what works, so the first anxiety is capital risk: nobody wants 3,000 pairs of an unproven SKU sitting in 3PL storage. We keep MOQ from ~500 pairs per design/colorway, and on some stock-based platforms a lower trial run is possible - so you can test a colorway or fit before betting on it. When a SKU takes off, the signed golden sample keeps the reorder identical to the version that converted. See MOQ & pricing.
Returns are the silent margin-killer in online footwear, and most of them are sizing. Without a fitting-room, your fit has to be right and consistent. We lock size grading to the golden sample, can develop a true-to-size or intentionally adjusted last, and supply the measured spec so your size guide reflects the actual shoe - cutting the "runs small, sending back" cycle that eats DTC profit. See sample development.
Ecommerce packaging is a different problem from retail. Your box has no shelf to sit on; it has a carrier network to survive. A flimsy retail box arrives crushed and becomes a damage return. We build mailer-ready packaging - right-sized, protective, and printable for an unboxing moment - that protects the shoe through the parcel system and reduces damage claims, with no oversized void that inflates dimensional-weight shipping cost. See packaging & export.
Speed compounds for online brands: the faster you sample, the faster you learn. We run development samples in ~15-25 days so you can validate fit, look and photography before committing to bulk, then scale on a 30-45 day bulk lead. Photogenic product matters too - clean colorways and crisp branding shoot well for your PDP and ads. See casual sneakers and the guide on starting a sneaker brand.
Finally, DTC brands often split fulfilment - some units to a 3PL, some to retail or wholesale once they grow. We can pack mailer and retail formats within one order and apply the labels and barcodes each channel needs, so your supply chain flexes as you scale instead of forcing a re-pack.
