First-article / sample inspection
The pilot run is checked for construction, sizing and finish so issues are caught before mass production.

In-process quality control
During production we monitor stitching, bonding, alignment and assembly on the line.

Final inspection & documentation
Finished pairs are inspected to an agreed AQL, then packing and carton marks are verified and documented.
What we check
Footwear inspection points.
Construction & bonding
Outsole bonding peel, stitch quality, cementing, no open seams or excess glue.
Sizing & fit
Length, width and last consistency against the approved size grade and golden sample.
Finish & appearance
Colour consistency, logo placement, surface defects, lace and eyelet finishing.
Comfort & function
Insole, cushioning and flex checks appropriate to the product category.
Packaging
Box print, pair labels, barcodes, inner/outer carton marks and packing list accuracy.
Documentation
Inspection report, defect classification and test reports available on request.
Certifications & testing
Test reports on request - nothing we cannot evidence.
We do not display certifications we cannot evidence. Material and performance test reports - abrasion, flex, bonding/peel strength and restricted-substance screening (REACH / CPSIA-relevant) - can be arranged with accredited third-party labs (e.g. SGS, BV, Intertek) on a per-order basis, quoted separately.

Quality questions.
What AQL do you inspect to?
Final inspection is typically to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor, or to the level agreed on your PO.
Can I use my own inspector?
Yes. You can book SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC. We schedule access and share the golden sample reference.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes, on request and per order - material, bonding and restricted-substance tests can be run at accredited labs (cost quoted separately).
