The pilot run is checked for construction, sizing and finish so issues are caught before mass production.
During production we monitor stitching, bonding, alignment and assembly on the line.
Finished pairs are inspected to an agreed AQL, then packing and carton marks are verified and documented.
Outsole bonding peel, stitch quality, cementing, no open seams or excess glue.
Length, width and last consistency against the approved size grade and golden sample.
Colour consistency, logo placement, surface defects, lace and eyelet finishing.
Insole, cushioning and flex checks appropriate to the product category.
Box print, pair labels, barcodes, inner/outer carton marks and packing list accuracy.
Inspection report, defect classification and test reports available on request.

We do not display certifications we cannot evidence. Material and performance test reports - abrasion, flex, bonding/peel strength and restricted-substance screening (REACH / CPSIA-relevant) - can be arranged with accredited third-party labs (e.g. SGS, BV, Intertek) on a per-order basis, quoted separately.
