Final AQL inspection (commonly 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, adjustable to your standard) screens construction, bonding, sizing and packing before the goods leave, and you are free to book SGS, BV or Intertek - we coordinate access and provide the golden sample as the reference. The aim is a container that arrives saleable, not one that arrives as a claim.

Volume planning is the other half of reliability. Share your quantity, assortment and required ship date and we plan material booking and line scheduling backward from it, with realistic lead times of 30-45 days bulk after sign-off - plus extra buffer around Chinese New Year, when the whole supply base tightens.
